William Speers-Heywood

William, originally from the UK, is a dedicated Property Management Assistant here at Ray White CRE. In his role, he supports the property management team by helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and clients receive a high level of service.

William is known for his client-focused approach, clear communication and strong work ethic. He enjoys working closely with landlords and tenants alike, taking the time to understand their needs and contributing to positive, long-term relationships built on trust and reliability.

A huge football (soccer) fan, William has previously worked within the game and still follows it closely. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Melbourne’s diverse food scene and travelling whenever possible. He has visited many destinations around the world, with Italy being a clear favourite. 

Since arriving in Australia, Will remains AFL-team neutral, though he’s easily swayed by a good argument.
