Toby Campbell

Toby Campbell is the Managing Director, owner and Auctioneer of Ray White CRE, specialising in residential property sales in East Melbourne and Collingwood. A fully licensed estate agent, Toby brings more than a decade of experience with the business to helping property owners sell with clarity and confidence.

From East Melbourne’s heritage homes and Victorian terraces to Collingwood’s warehouse conversions and contemporary apartments, Toby understands the distinct appeal of each suburb. His approach combines detailed local knowledge, considered pricing advice, strategic marketing and focused negotiation, with every campaign tailored to the property and its likely buyers.

Toby works directly with sellers throughout their campaign, providing honest feedback, clear communication and practical guidance from appraisal through to settlement. Whether selling at auction, by private sale or off market, his focus is on building buyer competition and securing the strongest possible result.

After ten years with the agency, Toby took ownership of Ray White CRE. As Managing Director, he leads the sales and property management teams with the same attention to detail he brings to his own clients. Having completed business courses at Harvard Business School, he is committed to continually improving the agency’s service and performance.

His passion for real estate began after witnessing an auction as a child. Today, his mantra, “Perfection over Pace,” reflects his belief that preparation, care and follow-through underpin a successful sale.

Away from property, Toby enjoys spending time with his wife Stacey and son Cameron. He supports the Melbourne Demons and his hometown Newcastle Knights, enjoys Formula 1 and playing average golf, and loves exploring Melbourne’s restaurants, with Lucy Liu a firm favourite.
